Problem with NEW Xunlai Tournament House
I am having trouble loggin into my Xunlai acct. because it is saying that I need to have cookies enabled, which I do. I spent over an hour online chat with my ISP provider to no avail. I have set my Privacy slider to allow accept all cookies, still no go.
It's it something on Anets server side or my browser? I am using IE6 along with ATT.net browser. WindowsXP sp3. Why do we need to have cookies enable? anyone having same issues? |

I don;t know if you know but they recently changed the XHouse system. It now uses your ingame name and password. Have you tried using a different browser?

I was having the same problem using chrome, I fixed it by making my predictions with firefox instead. So try to give firefox a try and see if that helps.

Can't say I much like this change. I actually liked having a separate login account for the XTH. I don't really want to enter my GW game login information on a website, for security reasons. One more opportunity to get hacked.
IMO, they should at least grandfather and support existing accounts, giving the player the option to migrate. They obviously already have the data. I assume this is easier for ANet ... (Yes, I know its free and ANet doesn't have to offer it nor do we have to participate. Its just why fix what ain't broke AND introduce more risk?) |
